Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

So easy and my hubs said it didn't need any sauce....umm...what???? Need I even say more? Ready in 20 mins!

Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless pork chops, medium thickness

3 eggs + 1 tbsp of water, scrambled in a shallow pan

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

Seasoning salt and pepper

2 to 3 olive Tbsps olive

Clues

In a shallow dish add the flour. To a second shallow dish add the panko breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese stir to combine the two ingredients. To a third shallow dish you should have the egg/water mixture

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Dredge the pork chops in the flour, next the egg mixture, last in the panko mixture then set on a separate plate.

To a large skillet over medium heat add the olive oil once hot add the pork chops in. Only flip once while cooking so a crust can form on the outside. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked. Don't overcrowd the pan.

We served with mashed potatoes and English peas for a delicious meal!
