Y'all this is seriously the easiest and tastiest meatloaf ever. And it freezes like a dream if you want to prep and freeze to save yourself time on another busy night!
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, I used 80/20 from Pilaroc Farms
6oz box stove top stuffing, any flavor
3 Tbsp milk
3/4 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, milk, and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Mix the ingredients together. (Your hands are the best tool here!)
In a small bowl combine the remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce.
Add the meat mixture to the pan and pat to form even loaf. Spread the ketchup sauce mixture all over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 40-60 minutes or until the center of the meatloaf is cooked.
